The Board of Directors for South Arapahoe Sanitation District is made up of five (5) elected residents of the District. They meet monthly to make decisions and perform District responsibilities.

Board Meetings
The South Arapahoe Sanitation District Board of Directors meets the third Monday of each month at 3:30 pm, for the purpose of conducting all business that may come before the Board.
The Board of Directors hold the majority of their regular meetings and special meetings virtually. Agendas are posted in advance of each meeting and include detail on how to join the meeting (via call and Zoom). The July and December meetings of each year are planned to be in person meetings at the offices of CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP:
