The engineering firm, Kennedy Jenks, manages the District’s maintenance programs, prepares capital improvement projects, runs the industrial pretreatment program, and is the communication link between the District and its customers.

Guildner Pipeline Maintenance has a contract with South Arapahoe for sewer line maintenance. Guildner’s crews televise and jet the District’s main lines on a regular basis and perform weekly checks of the one South Arapahoe sewage lift station.

Board Meetings
The Board of Directors of the District holds its regular meetings on the third Monday of each month, commencing at 3:30 p.m., at the offices of Semple, Farrington, Everall & Case, P.C., 1120 Lincoln Street, Suite 1308, Denver, CO 80202, unless otherwise posted. Currently most of the meetings are being held on the Zoom videoconference platform, so check the meeting agenda for the particular month for the link to attend by Zoom, or contact the District’s legal counsel, Darryl Farrington or his Assistant, Elaine Montoya, at 303-595-0941 for the Zoom link.
