The Board of Directors for South Arapahoe Sanitation District is made up of five (5) elected residents of the District. They meet monthly to make decisions and perform District responsibilities.

Board Meetings
The Board of Directors of the District holds its regular meetings on the third Monday of each month (except the January meeting will be held on the third Thursday and the February meeting will be held on the third Tuesday), commencing at 3:30 p.m., at the offices of Semple, Farrington, Everall & Case, P.C., 1120 Lincoln Street, Suite 1308, Denver, CO 80202, unless otherwise posted. Currently most of the meetings are being held on the Zoom videoconference platform, so check the meeting agenda for the particular month for the link to attend by Zoom, or contact the District’s legal counsel, Darryl Farrington or his Assistant, Elaine Montoya, at 303-595-0941 for the Zoom link.
