a. City of Englewood Proposed New Connector Agreement
The Board may enter executive session to discuss this topic as authorized by CRS 24-6-402(4)(b), conference with the District’s legal counsel to discuss legal questions and receive legal advice, and 402(4)(e), to determine positions in matters subject to negotiation, and to instruct negotiators, all regarding the proposed new Connector’s Agreement. The District’s legal counsel and engineering and financial consultants would join the Board in executive session.
