Resolution No. 2023-1
A resolution designated the place and time of meetings, allowing for virtual meetings, authorizing posting agendas on the district's website, and establishing an alternative physical location for posting of notice of regular and special meetings of the board of directors of the district in the event that the district's website is offline.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the South Arapahoe Sanitation District (the “District”), Arapahoe County, Colorado, as follows:
Section 1. The Board of Directors of the District will hold its regular meetings on the third Monday of each month, commencing at 3:30 p.m., at the offices of CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP, 8390 E. Crescent Circle, Suite 300, Greenwood Village, Colorado 80111, for the purpose of conducting any and all business as may come before the Board.
Section 2. The Board of Directors of the District may hold both regular meetings and special meetings virtually by telephone or other electronic means. The means of accessing telephone or electronic meetings will be posted as required by law (see Sections 3 and 4 below).
Section 3. The Board directs that the regular and special meeting agendas be posted on the District’s website as authorized by C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(2)(c). The District’s website is found at https://southarapahoe.org/.
Section 4. The following location within the boundaries of the District is hereby designated as the place at which notice and agendas of regular and special meetings of the Board of Directors of the District shall be posted in the event that the District’s website is off-line at the time posting is required:
