RESOLUTION NO. 2026-1
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE PLACE AND TIME OF MEETINGS, ALLOWING FOR VIRTUAL MEETINGS, AUTHORIZING POSTING AGENDAS ON THE DISTRICT’S WEBSITE, AND ESTABLISHING AN ALTERNATIVE PHYSICAL LOCATION FOR POSTING OF NOTICE OF REGULAR AND SPECIAL MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE DISTRICT IN THE EVENT THAT THE DISTRICT’S WEBSITE IS OFF-LINE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the South Arapahoe Sanitation District (the “District”), Arapahoe County, Colorado, as follows:
Section 1. In calendar year 2026, The Board of Directors of the District will hold its regular meetings on the third Monday of each month, commencing at 3:30 p.m.
Section 2. In-person meetings will be held at the offices of Semple, Farrington, Everall & Case, P.C., 1120 Lincoln Street, Suite 1308, Denver, Colorado 80203.
Section 3. Meetings will be held by Zoom or similar platform video conference, unless otherwise posted. The means of accessing electronic meetings will be posted as required by law (see Sections 4 and 5 below).
Section 4. The Board directs that the regular and special meeting agendas be posted on the District’s website as authorized by C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(2)(c). The District’s website is found at https://southarapahoe.org//.
Section 5. The following location within the boundaries of the District is hereby designated as the place at which notice and agendas of regular and special meetings of the Board of Directors of the District shall be posted in the event that the District’s website is off-line at the time posting is required:

Section 6. This Resolution 2026-1 supersedes and replaces any and all previous Resolutions concerning meeting times, locations, and posting.
